Finding Alsace: Chocolate Museum Visit

We are happy to announce the next event of the Finding Alsace series. Next Sunday, February 23, we will visit the Musée Les Secrets du Chocolat  (https://musee-du-chocolat.com/en/).

The visit will be in 3 parts:

1. The tasting workshop – Surprise your senses with a tasting of 4 chocolate candies: ganache and praline will no longer have any secrets for you.
2. The Discovery Course – Travel through the history of chocolate: from the Mayans to the present day, from Ecuadorian beans to Alsatian production in Schaal Factory, all secrets will be revealed to you.
3. The laboratory of the chocolate makers* – Settled in the heart of the museum, meet the chocolate makers which will share with you their passion for chocolate!

We will meet at 14:00 at CDE, to take the tram to the museum. The visit will take 45 min. As a small contribution to the entrance to the Museum, members will need to pay 3€ and non-members 5€. In order to register please fill out this Google form. Be quick, as there are only 20 places available! Registration will be closed on Thursday evening, February 20, 7pm, as we need to tell the museum how many people are visiting.
