Vaccines in a Pandemic: from the Lab to the Jab

We are thrilled to promote the e-conference entitled: “Vaccines in a Pandemic: from the Lab to the Jab”.

The lecturer is Dr. Cristina Bonorino, holder of a doctorate in immunology and full professor at the Federal University of Health Sciences of Porto Alegre (Brazil), where she coordinates an immunotherapy laboratory, which focuses in vaccine development, tumour immunology, viral immunology, and transplants. She is on the board of the “Cell Stress Society International”, of the scientific and clinical committee of the Brazilian Society of Immunology, and she is currently Assistant Researcher at the University of California San Diego (UCSD).

Thanks to her vast experience in immunology, our e-conference will mainly address questions such as vaccine design, the difference between the COVID-19 vaccines, ethics of vaccination, among other topics.

This event will take place on May 19th, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on the zoom platform, with maximum capacity of 100 attendees. This conference is valid for transversal hours!
